A great day today started with New Years Day Swim at Lough Hyne with the lovely Lappers. Water temp between 10/11 degreesso not too bad + the mobile sauna is heating up behind us….so a nice reward.. Followed this with a lovely walk at Eagle Point with Des Mack and Zowie. She was showing me how she has learnt to retrieve the ball while i was away! I’m impressed. Sadly the walk would’ve been too much for Murph today. Thanks Paula Brown Marten for the Lough Hyne Shots. Feeling blessed.
